Terms & Conditions

1.    If a customer is buying the products from our shops, then please make sure to check the products in front of our sellers. Later, if any problems occurs than the customer will not be entitled to any changes but will be given services based on the products provided description.(Warranty)

2.    In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered than customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.

3.    If a customer received a manufacturing defected product than the customer has to visit any of our shops where our specialists will review the product first and then take the necessary steps to changing the product if it is in need of replacement.

4.    If a customer wants to change the defected product through our delivery service, then a charge Of TK. 200/- has to be paid as replacement charge inside Dhaka and if out of Dhaka, only the Courier charge is applicable.

5.    If a Customer is buying any product from our Website after reading the description and provided information’s about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it anymore, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product.

6.    With specific reasoning's, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.

7.    Refund charge applicable for Bkash / Online / POS payment refund.

8.    If customers found broken or packet damaged product then we are requesting not to receive the product from courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she have to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won't be acceptable.

Default System BD is dedicated to enable a unique & delightful purchase experience for its customers. We are hell-bound to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our customers. However, there might be some inconsistencies. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.

 

Return Policy:

·    In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:

o    Must notify within 3 Days.

o    Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.

o    Any exception will result in no return.

·     In case of a Misplaced Order:

o    Check the product and match it with the invoice.

o    Let us know as soon as possible

o    Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.

o    Any exception will result in no return.

·     In case of Manufacturing Defect:

o    Must inform us immediately after learning the defect.

o    Any delay beyond 7 days will result in no return or replacement.


***Note: 1. Quality of the product depends on the manufacturer.  Default System BD has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality. 2.  Default System BD will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customer must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claim.

 

Warranty Policy:

·      Warranty provided by Brands:

o    Notify us with in warranty period for any inconsistency.

o    Warranty claims will require at least 2 weeks of inspection before passing the claim.

·    Warranty provided by default.com.bd:

o    Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.

o    Must notify within 7 Days.

o    Any delay will not be acceptable.

o    Any exception will result in no return.

 

Refund Policy

·         Refunds

o    Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.

o    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

o    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.

o    You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

·      Shipping

o    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

o    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
